STEP 1: Email or call us with the following information:

• Full flight details: date, flight number(s), departure and arrival times.
• Destination address
• Mobile contact number
• Are you travelling with surfboards or golf equipment?
• Baby and booster seat requirements. These are supplied free of charge.

STEP 2: To secure a reservation we require full payment in advance. (For certain circumstances we can accept a cash payment to the driver).

We have 2 methods of accepting payment.
A.) We can take credit card payment over the phone. As long as we are not driving.
B.) We can email you an online invoice which you can complete at home with your credit card details.

STEP 3: You shall then receive a full confirmation. Please be patient, this is not an automated service. We shall email you a confirmation as soon as possible.

STEP 4: Check your confirmation carefully. These will be the exact details that we have on our schedule.
